They changed the name 30 years ago, Rip Van Winkle.I just had a Halloween size Hundred Thousand Dollar Bar. Except now they call it "100 Grand". Either way, it's fucking delicious.
He can underhand it to first or he bounces them sometimes on bunt attempts. His fielders also cover for him.I guess I can get that Lester can't throw to first for a pickoff throw, but I feel like it should be a much bigger story that the guy literally can't field a grounder or a bunt either. I mean, how do they not talk about it constantly while he pitches? Why don't opponents bunt it at him more often? So many questions.
They're phoenominal.I just had a Halloween size Hundred Thousand Dollar Bar. Except now they call it "100 Grand". Either way, it's fucking delicious.
Only because he struck out Kipnis. Imagine if Kipnis went deep thereHe can underhand it to first or he bounces them sometimes on bunt attempts. His fielders also cover for him.
Base runner are only stealing at a 68% rate on Lester/Ross. Lester is pretty quick to home and Ross has a fast release so stealing is not a sure thing.
The issue turns out to be not a big deal really.
Mariano style.Man, in a perfect world, Lester would have hucked that into CF.
Something tells me he'll get a little more diligent about it and those around him a bit less tolerant of the apparent "that's just how it is" thing if the pitching ability slips. So he can't do basic fielding plays and can't/chooses not to do anything to hold the run game? Huh. Those seem like issues that will become a major problem when the pitching ability slips a notch.
If we're imagining things, 1978 and 1986 turned out great. Get real.Only because he struck out Kipnis. Imagine if Kipnis went deep there
I wouldn't go to him before the 9th. But I wouldn't have brought in Lester when he did so ....If not for last night, it's Chapman time now. But I think you have to stick with Lester.
And then demands his friend Timmy catch all his starts.Imagine when Lester's kids are little league age and if one has a throwing issue. "Well, my dad is Jon Lester and he can't do it either."
He can live with that. He's gotten paid.So he can't do basic fielding plays and can't/chooses not to do anything to hold the run game? Huh. Those seem like issues that will become a major problem when the pitching ability slips a notch.
Would this mob be of the female variety...Well, hopefully Chapman blows this and he's beaten by a mob
The last two nights is what Cleveland looks like when they play a team that is prepared.Cleveland really has shat the bed these last few games. Oh well.
Perfect. And then demands his friend Timmy catch all his starts.
Wait'll Buck calls "five defensive outs..."or Maddon is tempting the Grady demons.
This. I like the Milky Way Midnight. But only the minis. The proportions aren't right on the other sizes.Too much caramel for me. You can have mine.
Sacred rules of the game!Is there shame in exploiting Lester? How do you not bunt at him every AB?
I'll add that you wouldn't understand unless you played the game.Sacred rules of the game!
Be thankful Torre's Yankees felt that way in '04.I'll add that you wouldn't understand unless you played the game.
