That site is terrible. The pick is going to be Fultz.FWIW (not much) nbadraft.net has the Celtics taking Jackson #1 in their updated mock.
Hope soThat site is terrible. The pick is going to be Fultz.
Regardless of who is picked first you nailed it in that nbadraft.net is far and away the worst. I posted something on this each of the past two years where their "analysts" made several obvious and blatant errors. It isn't surprising that they would characterize one of Jackson's strengths as his length/wingspan......that site is beyond awful. That site is terrible. The pick is going to be Fultz.
And Simmons/Ingram was basically like writing your name on the SAT.I believe this is that site's final 2016 mock. Only picks they nailed were Simmons, Ingram, Bender, and Brice Johnson.
Nice. That is Red's old car. This kid really wants to be a Celtic and I LOVE IT!
Same rumor as yesterday--anonymous GM.Today's WaPo: "NBA draft rumors: Celtics pondering Josh Jackson at No. 1..."

This is true. 'Tis the season for rampant anonymously sourced reports. That said, they're moving the needle with at least some folks...Same rumor as yesterday--anonymous GM.
We're in the "Mitch Trubinsky could go #1 in NFL draft area" right now.

In current parameters, BOS would receive several picks and no players, sources say. Have to think No. 3 would be involved.
The only thing I can think is that they are about to pull of a blockbuster trade and it requires more picks. Because trading down to acquire future picks makes no sense.
We don't know how Danny evaluates the lottery candidates. If he thinks he can get someone he wants at 3, then I guess...in Danny we trust?WHAT THE FUCK. This is so fucking dumb. More nickles.
He's a fine drafter but not nearly good enough imo to trust that his favorite guy is the right guy, particularly in the event that it's not the top guy. Who knows, I'll eat my previous words if this leads to a Davis level acquisition but if he isn't getting an unheard of boatload in this deal then I don't really see the point. Also I don't want fucking Bill Simmons to be proven right about anything. We don't know how Danny evaluates the lottery candidates. If he thinks he can get someone he wants at 3, then I guess...in Danny we trust?
I'd like to think he understands the quarter vs. nickel argument.
Nothing I'd want. Lakers and Kings unprotected picks look better, but they're adding potential stars this draft as well.whats the value of a Philly pick if adding Fultz gives them a contender for years to come?
