I was going to take Frankie this round too. The major exemptions are nice and if he regains form then you have steal. But he turned down 2/3 that were played this year for some reason. He claims he's healthy, though he did have a back injury early in the year that forced him out of the API where he was the defending champion. He did start at The Players before it was canceled. Post shut down, he only played 3 events, the Shriners, Houston Open and then the Masters.
He did apparently move from London to California so if he does decide to play golf again, then he appears to be in position to play more of it in the US on the PGA Tour.
