He lost his sugar momma - he needs to get paid.If the small % chance that this had legs do most expect Brady to grind the Pats over the contract. Hometown discount or he is going to say I want 40 mill per year or I will go elsewhere.

Too much bad blood? We are never, ever, ever getting back together.
Ohhh, really glad you bit on this. It's an important issue. Is this really weirding you out?OK, I'll bite, even though I probably shouldn't. Is the "Tommy" thing a running joke, or are people in this thread actually calling him that for real? I know where I am, and I know how this place generally feels about this Brady dude, but this is weirding me out. I think I've seen his dad call him Tommy, are we riffing on that?
What the fuck even is this? You think my post is dumb, just ignore it. Your schtick is exhausting.Ohhh, really glad you bit on this. It's an important issue. Is this really weirding you out?
I don’t do bits. Is is your misanthropy that is exhausting. What the fuck even is this? You think my post is dumb, just ignore it. Your schtick is exhausting.
That's his name. Ask Charlie Weis.OK, I'll bite, even though I probably shouldn't. Is the "Tommy" thing a running joke, or are people in this thread actually calling him that for real? Yeah, if his experience with the Bowled/Leftwich combo doesn't make "good offensive minded HC/play caller combo" his number 1 priority in the off-season he's really gone off the deep end.Bill Simmons going hard to the hole on the Brady-returning-to-the-Pats rumor on today's podcast. I dunno, it kinda feels like bad Sports Talk Radio schtick to me. I can't imagine that Brady looks at this dumpster fire offense from coaching staff to offensive line to skill position weapons and thinks that this is anything close to a Super Bowl contender next season.
I have seen what this page looks like. I don't know if backwards is the best direction to focus, but I can't reconcile Thursday's shitshow and "boy, can't wait to see what comes next!"Yeah, we've turned the page and need to keep it turned. Time to focus on moving forward not backwards.
But there's no way it's happening, so nothing to worry about. Just occasional click bait to read from time to time.
I was *sure* you were going to go with "broken clock."Two words
Plia bility.
He signed a guy's jersey directly in one of these videos from the 49ers game too.I was half asleep and not paying that much attention, but I think I saw him signing the ball for one of the guys that picked him off. Of course I'm sure we've all seen him leave the field pretty quickly at times as well, so like most people he's not perfectly consistent. I think I do see him hanging around more often than not though.
Point totals for the Buccaneers in their 7 wins this season:
19, 20, 21, 16, 21, 17, 19
Excluding strike-shortened seasons, no NFL team has ever made the playoffs without scoring more than 21 points in any win during the regular season.
I agree. Even his demeanor on the sidelines seems similar. I think it’ll be Miami for real this time, unfortunately. His numbers this year are strikingly similar to 2019, when he engineered his last exit via free agency. I 100% expect the same this off-season.
Halfway through the year I would've thought no way they move off of Tua for 1 year of Brady.I agree. Even his demeanor on the sidelines seems similar. I think it’ll be Miami for real this time, unfortunately.
SF deciding three years after spurning him that he is the right play would be a bit surprising to me, but I agree that they SHOULD explore it.49ers still seem to make a lot of sense, given the opportunity to finish his career playing close to his mom and dad for his favorite team from his boyhood. It would also give the team a year to decide what to do with Trey Lance.
I think that would depend entirely on how they do in the playoffs with Purdy. If they get to or win the Super Bowl with him, I can’t see how or why they would bring Brady in for one year.49ers still seem to make a lot of sense, given the opportunity to finish his career playing close to his mom and dad for his favorite team from his boyhood. I think that team is enough of a steamroller that Purdy could take them to the Super Bowl, but I can't see them beating KC/Buffalo/Cincy without top tier QB play. This could be 2019 redux for them.I think that would depend entirely on how they do in the playoffs with Purdy. Would tend to agree, but his poise and maturity have been pretty remarkable to watch. If they think he has more ceiling to reach, would be a tough call to interrupt or derail that for one year of Brady( who’s going to play like his age one of these years, right?…… right?). Roundabout way of saying, unfortunately, I also think Miami is Tom’s most likely landing spot.I think that team is enough of a steamroller that Purdy could take them to the Super Bowl, but I can't see them beating KC/Buffalo/Cincy without top tier QB play. It isn’t really about having great foot speed, it’s about being comfortable and effective moving the pocket and throwing on the run consistently. Brady doesn’t do that.I don't know, I was a lot more confident he could still perform at a top 5 QB level after 2019. I think this is the year father time started catching up in this particular race. Don't think Tom is fully trusting his arm and he seems very reluctant to stand in the pocket and face the risk of a hit to deliver the ball. The OL sucks and the whole offensive design and play calling is absolute garbage, but if I'm a contender I don't know if I'm buying a 46 year old Brady as the guy to put me over the top.
Regarding the 49ers, Kyle Shanahan got an MVP season out of Matt Ryan, so I don't think Brady's lack of foot speed would be any impediment to his success there.
I think Cowboys would destroy the Bucs as long as Dak doesn’t throw it away. Their pass rush is pretty tough and I don’t think Brady could exploit their weakness in the secondary. All Tampa has to do now is beat Carolina and they will win the division... and play Dak and the Cowboys in the playoffs.
I wonder if that puts Tennessee in play, given his relationship with Vrabel and the Titans expected to be moving on from TannehillSF also works and is a better team than LV, though at this stage not sure he wants to start an entirely new coaching relationship, even if he likes Shanahan.
True, though my hunch is at this stage for 1-2 more years, he cares mostly about offense and X’s and O’s coaching.I wonder if that puts Tennessee in play, given his relationship with Vrabel and the Titans expected to be moving on from Tannehill
If he hadn't openly hated the Jets for years I'd agree.Isn't Brady to the Jets a no-brainer? Seems like a team that has everything it needs to be a serious contender except the QB, and no QB currently on the roster standing in his way.
If he ends up on the Dolphins I'll hate every second of it and will openly root for him to fail for the first time in his career. If he ends up on the Jets I might have to look into gouging my eyes out with a spoon so as to not accidentally see an image of him in a Jets uniform.Isn't Brady to the Jets a no-brainer? Championship-calibre defence, but on offense are they really a QB away? Jets Oline is tough to judge because of all the injuries, especially at tackle. Breece Hall is probably really good but also coming off an ACL tear. They don’t really have explosive playmakers on offense. SF, MIA, or retire would be my top 3 predictions.Isn't Brady to the Jets a no-brainer? Healthy, the Jets are loaded. Garrett Wilson should be Rookie of the Year. But we are never healthy so it is kind of pointless to think about.Championship-calibre defence, but on offense are they really a QB away? Depends. Did he file the all-important paperwork?I think you have to subtract out the time he spent retired.
