Is 0 IP and 8ER good?Just saw the score. Hilarious. The Rodon contract is going to be brutal.

Used all the BABIP juice on that bloop double.Damn I thought was a sure hit off the bat.
"Only" a .480 xBA, according to Savant.Used all the BABIP juice on that bloop double.
Stadium security is college kids and the supervisors are mostly 25-35 year oldsAssuming stadium security is retired law enforcement, those asshats should have a great time in jail tonight.
Tell me you're not watching the game without telling me you're not watching the game.Stadium security is college kids and the supervisors are mostly 25-35 year olds
Don't think that guy was a college kid.Stadium security is college kids and the supervisors are mostly 25-35 year olds
The guy who got hurt was definitely neither of those things.Stadium security is college kids and the supervisors are mostly 25-35 year olds
You haven’t heard? We’re trading Cora to the Guardians for their entire draftThat's a baaaaad win for the draft standings. /s
Not just that guy. They showed another dude in the outfield who gave me retired LEO vibes.Don't think that guy was a college kid.
I don’t have NESN so watching Princeton Columbia footballTell me you're not watching the game without telling me you're not watching the game.
NESN showed Story indicating a security guy fucked his elbow up. They then showed said security guy being walked through the Sox dugout and down the tunnel (being patted on the proverbial back by lots of Sox guys as he came through). He was certainly in pain and holding on to his elbow, and was (best guess) in his early 60's. He struck me as a guy used to being a tough guy. Combine that with the job, and I had LEO vibes; I could obviously be wrong. They showed another security guy talking his spot (I think) behind the outfield wall, and he struck me similarly, though I did not rewind to get a better guess on his age.MASN broadcast didn't show anything...not even the security guys.
Hope* the beatdown he gets doesn't involve permanent injury or faculty loss. There is video on X dude deeked like 5 security guards and one looks to have fallen and broken his arm. Unfortunately, it was a Sox fan who did it.
That’s not niceHope* the beatdown he gets doesn't involve permanent injury or faculty loss.
* Not really.
Neither is being a drunken piece of shit storming a field in the middle of a ball game, directly leading to injury of a ballpark employee...and doing so wearing the gear of my fucking team. That’s not nice
In a year full of truly bizarre takes from you, I wish this one took the cake. But you've posted worse. In the last 48 hours (though I believe that was deleted)Balmer should hire security guards with better agility
And the game was irrelevant to both teams and it was at the end and he was having some fun
I think wishing the kid has faculty loss or permanent injury is much worse takeIn a year full of truly bizarre takes from you, I wish this one took the cake. But you've posted worse. In the last 48 hours (though I believe that was deleted)
If A then B is not the same as if B then A.I think wishing the kid has faculty loss or permanent injury is much worse take
Without having watched the game, when I first read this I thought you were saying Trevor Story's elbow got fucked up by a security guy. Given Story's history, that interpretation is totally plausible.NESN showed Story indicating a security guy fucked his elbow up.
Gonna cost us what, 2 or 3 slots and about half a million in slot value? That's a baaaaad win for the draft standings. /s
The way the season has gone, he'll get a hit to drive in 100 on Sunday, he'll get pulled for a PR, then they'll change the scoring to an error and he'll finish with 99.99 RBI for Devers.
Also not true about Fenway. Many of those guys have been there 20+ years.Oh sorry my comments were on Fenway guards
This was obviously in Balmer
