I've long since stopped asking myself that about himHow the hell did Raffi hit that pitch?

He deserves it.Can we give the L to Cora instead of Houck?
I had the same reaction to Houck in the 7th there as I did with Pedro in the 8th of Game 7. With a lot lower stakes, obviously. He deserves it.
If we had any of those guys, their arms would come flying off - and not only injure the pitcher, but also strike Wong and McGuire in the trachea. Or the larynx. Not sure which. Somewhere in the throat. When are the Sox going to get a few flamethrowers for the bullpen? It seems like every team has a couple of these guys.
Maybe next time take out the guy who couldn’t get through the order twice last year when he’s at 100 pitches going into the 7th.Ass kicking with our best pitcher going. Hope for the reverse lock tomorrow.
Well aren't you a magnanimous sumbitch?Twins are hot. Ill be ok with 1 of 3.
I'm confused. The box for the game says Houck gave up four earned runs. (Didn't watch the game.)This is where pitching stats fail. Houck went 6 IP and gave up 4H and 1 R. The fact that he get left out to dry by Cora shouldn't count against him.
He had allowed 1 run through 6 (in reference to the post you quoted) Cora left him in even though he was at like 94 pitches, and everything went south.I'm confused. The box for the game says Houck gave up four earned runs. (Didn't watch the game.)
