    Rooting for the Nats but picked the 'Stros in 6. WSH pen is still suspect & Houston seems like the deeper team. I think we'll get some indication in the first 2 games, if WSH gets hammered, it may be the 2007 Rockies all over again.

    Probably the most gut-wrenching 4 days in my life. Our poor dog didn't know what to make of Dad's whooping and cursing at the TV. Got no sleep but it was all worth it! 2018 was really special & the other 2 WS were great but nothing comes close to 2004 and never will.

    Curt, thanks for 2 WS but please, no. Too much baggage but mainly, Schill is a guy who can't stay away from the camera. I just don't see him staying in the background. More likely on camera throwing guys under the bus when things don't go well.

    I vote (probably futile) for the Tribe because of Tito & they haven't won in forever. Realistically, Houston. Seems like a good bunch & a real forward thinking organization. Anyone but the MFY's should be a forgone conclusion.

    +1. The man came in & did what he was expected to do. If the organization is moving in a different direction & don't see DD as being the guy for that, it doesn't diminish what he accomplished.
