    Wording of the rule: Be interesting if the NFL does enforce it more with fines than flags. I do think live it may be challenging to call correctly on a consistent basis. I do think some are over reacting. Players can still wrap up and don't need to just jump on their back. (b) is the key part...

    There is no reason to front load a deal when you carry over any unused cap space. I think Kraft and company like to keep the cash outlay spread out.
