    I received just a code as well. I went to the link noted above on my laptop, entered the code, logged into mlb.com as prompted, and was good. https://www.mlb.com/commerce/redeem/form I then had to log out/log in on the app to have it pick up my subscription status.

    I believe that they recently did away with the free tier entirely. Even with that tier, what was available was limited. Now, their Premium tier has everything has all their content, but with ads. Premium Plus is their "no-ads" tier that allows downloads and access to your local NBC affiliate.
