That Poitras goal was really a thing of beauty.

The combination of the quick step and power to get the angle and then smoke past Perry was not something many players are doing there, even if they get the puck in the neutral zone. Nice 200 foot effort also.

Goaltending duo has picked up where they left off last regular season. Just outstanding work between the pipes by both guys. Defensive structure has been great just like last year as well.

Swayman and the defense in general was excellent last night. Chicago had just 23 shots on goal (the Bruins had 43). Outside of a few minutes in the fist period, Chicago could not consistently get shots on goal. This Bruins team is going to be fun to follow.
