Krejci has a 56% CF, getting submarined by an on ice shooting percentage of 2.5%. He's fine. Due for some pucks to go in.
Love to see a shot chart on him. 2.5% should improve but my confidence would be higher if I knew he was getting shots from the goal scoring part of the ice but getting stoned.
The 2.5% is for everyone he's on the ice with, not an individual SH%. Over his career he's been consistently in the 8-9% range. He's only been on the ice for 2 5x5 goals for now (including Krug's tonight) on the season, which is why his +/- (which is useless anyways) is bad.
He seems to have settled in over the past few games. Some of that is improving health, some if it is probably having consistent linemates. There was a lot of shuffling on that line over the first 5-10 games.

I am pleased with Ryan Spooner's play on the wing. He's definitely been better since he was scratched.
Backes was a good sign, if he stays healthy. The jury is still out on Krejci. I'm glad there is reason for optimism. You can't discount the SH goals given up for which he is an ill-placed defenseman.

Trillium is great. Only thing that sucks is that growler line. Which tells you how good the beer is.
