So Brady and Gronk make 1st Team, and Slater makes 2nd Team. Slater seems a bit undeserving, mainly because of his lack of playing time. But I don't think anyone else on the Pats was particularly deserving, maybe Ghost for 2nd Team.

I'm not sure how LeVeon Bell makes it as 1st Team Flex and 2nd Team RB.

Letting guys make the first and second teams at different positions remains stupid. This is particularly true when they make the first team as "flex," a position that only exists in fantasy football.

This is sort of like letting Mike Trout make the first and second all pro baseball teams (if they existed) as both UT and OF.

Edit: Xavier Rhodes making the first team as a CB and the second team as a "defensive back" is also moronic.

If there's an underappreciated aspect of Rob Gronkowski's game, it's the amount of genuine intellectual focus and curiosity with which he approaches his route planning and recognition. He may really have focused down on certain aspects of his preparation that would fall under "smarter".

His ability to make DBs wish they'd taken up badminton instead of football, meanwhile, is merely the fun part.

Chandler Jones with the quietest 17 sack season ever. Honestly had no idea he was playing at that level. I just assumed he had fallen off a cliff. Good for him. What could have been...
