That still leaves one open spot, right? Still waiting for a developmental QB, maybe, or is it getting a little late in the cycle for that?

I think the move that hasn't been reported in this thread is signing Angelo Blackson, a defensive lineman that the Jaguars drafted in the fourth round in 2015.

Thanks. Pats can move someone out if need be, of course, but it doesn't look like they've left a candle burning for any specific PS QB

Watched pretty much all of his home games in college, including his 700 yard passing day

deep inside Guido territory
Per Reiss, the Pats have signed Will Tye to the practice squad. He's an athletic TE who could be looked to replace Allen at some point or could simply be there for the rest of the week because he was a Jet until a couple weeks ago. They could use another pass catching TE option.

You ever come across former Sea Wolf Will Tye when he was in college? Any inside scoop? Looks like a legitimate NFL player statistically but I've never watched him play

Tye isn't really a replacement for Allen's current role because he can't block at all. Allen might be mixed at best in that role, but Tye cant do it all.

With LB Trevor Reilly promoted to 53-man roster, Patriots bolster special-teams units with experience. He will be a core special teamer.

Hopefully this takes Hogan off special teams, we can't really afford to have him get hurt on one of those units. Also, per Reiss, the Pats signed nose tackle Mike Purcell to the practice squad to fill Reilly's spot.

What ST units has Hogan been on besides the "hands" group for onside kickoffs?

Here
Oh, for the love of God. If it’s a torn pectoral, one assumes the team must know at this point. Shit.

Hightower didn't look too bad sitting on the bench in the closing minutes of the game. Maybe he'd already received a a painkiller?
