One thing I like better about the Presidents Cup than they Ryder Cup is how they do the pairings. Seems more strategic than just writing names on slips and matching them up.

Spieth just picked up a DQ on a hole...

Day was in the hole for a 3. Oosty had a putt for a 2 that raced 20-30 feet past the hole. Spieth stopped it and picked it up. Apparently you can't touch a ball in motion so Spieth, who had a putt for a halve, got DQ'd.

There's a real chance this is over today. US up in 3 and tied in the 4th match. A sweep is not out of the question.

It's not surprising when you look at the world rankings. The US has the fire power AND the depth.

I think they cruise next year in the Ryder Cup too.
I know, we've been talking about that over the past few days. Talent will win. With that said, this is an utter blowout and still hard to believe. This isn't a win, it's a destruction.

Kisner in this presser is hilarious. Called Spieth a chop after hearing of his 0-4 singles record, and told him he needs to drink more the night before.

The press conferences were a tough watch for me. I thought Kisner and Berger were trying a little too hard to be irreverent, especially when Jordan was being his usual thoughtful and respectful self. There's a time and a place for the boyish behavior, and it'll probably be tomorrow, but it felt a little off and pricking for me today, before the thing is officially over. And in his conference, I felt pretty bad for a Nick Price, who clearly cared about this thing and gave it his best, but just ran into truck in this US team.

OK so this situation in the tower is just bizarre. Although I guess the ball staying in the tower probably saved him a stroke or two as it would have gone in the water otherwise

Any reason the rules guy can't just climb the fucking tower to look at what he's talking about instead of yelling back and forth?
