Inside two minutes, so it has to come from the booth, which is an awful rule, IMO.Rams out of challenges?
Oh that’s right.Inside two minutes, so it has to come from the booth, which is an awful rule, IMO.
What the hell was that?Carrol with the dumbest TO I've ever seen.
Yeah, wtf was the point of that?Carrol with the dumbest TO I've ever seen.
Wasn't the clock going to run?Yeah, wtf was the point of that?
And are now ahead of the reigning Super Bowl champs in the standings. So Browns are .500 after 5 games
No kidding. Or just take the 3 points against a shit offense when you have the ball coming your way in the 2nd half.4th and goal from the one inch line, and you run a play out of the shotgun. I'll never, ever, ever understand that. Get under fucking center, and if the sneak isn't there, either hand it off with a lead fullback, or do play action, but never go out of the shotgun from there. You eliminate 100 different ways of scoring.
It’s reminding me of RGIII. He’s going to get himself killed out there. Has taken some absolutely vicious hits tonight.Rogers and Newton run to extend plays or wisely run out of bounds. Watson is just reckless and stupid. They’re checking him out on the sidelines with a freakin stethoscope.
That might be a bit strong, but I think his skill-set is more of a backup QB. He caught lightning in a bottle his rookie year, but since then, he's been...meh.I feel like a broken record. Dak Prescott fucking sucks.
Did you see that duck he threw on the interception? The throw was late and floated on him. That pass was not an outlier. He's often late on his throws and they're rarely on target. The reason his completion percentage is where it is is purely a function of short throws and check downs. He's just not an NFL QB. I wouldn't even want him as a backup if I could help it.That might be a bit strong, but I think his skill-set is more of a backup QB. He might have the worst group of receivers in the NFL now that the Pats have Edelman and Gordon. I think folks are being a bit unfair to him. He's lost Witten, he's lost Dez, he's lost TWill, the offensive line isn't opening the holes they were two years ago, so the run game isn't ask scary for opposing defenses.Did you see that duck he threw on the interception? That's fair but he had those receivers you mentioned last year and he was still only marginally better than this year. Even in his good season he was incapable of stretching the field and it took an otherworldly season from the line and Elliott to propel the offense. It's not a mystery why they're constantly facing 8 and 9 man fronts. He might have the worst group of receivers in the NFL now that the Pats have Edelman and Gordon. If he gets some weapons, I think he'll be a fine NFL QB. I don't think there is more than a handful of guys in the league that could make chicken salad out of the chicken she has. The reason he has to check down and throw short so often is because there is nobody ever open downfield.
It's also the receiving corps in a nutshell. If Watson makes that same play and throw, Hopkins catches it, and everyone is talking about how great Watson is. Dak's receivers can't make the play, so he's a bad QB.That play was basically Dak in a nutshell
Jacksonville really put a ton of stock into their week two win.
