Rayniel Moreno relinquished one run on two hits in the seventh; striking out one. Juan Morillo walked one and whiffed one in the eighth. Eddy Reynoso walked one in the ninth.

Freiberg Marin managed two singles, a hit by pitch, a stolen base, and a caught stealing in his trio of matchups. Keibert Petit procured a single and a walk in four treks. Manuel Ramirez relinquished two runs (one earned) on five hits – including a Jose Del Palacio jack – over four innings; whiffing a trio. Felix Gomez started the eighth, got a comebacker to the mound that he threw away, and then the rains washed the rest of the game out.

Brandon Rincones ripped a single, walked twice, and stole two bases in three appearances. Ceddanne Rafaela ripped cuadrangular numero tres, walked once, and was hit by a pitch in three contests. Gilberto Jimenez garnered two singles and was caught stealing once in four jaunts. Carlos Sanchez and Luis Mota each earned a base on balls in three sessions. Jordan Weems was jumped on for four runs on two walks and four hits – including the game-winning pinch-hit grand slam by Trey Amburgey – in two innings of work; striking out two.

Daniel Gonzalez gave up two runs on a walk and seven hits – including a gopher ball to Wilson Garcia – over six frames; striking out three. Algenis Martinez allowed two unearned runs on three hits and a walk over two frames; whiffing three. Yankory Pimentel yielded two runs (and the lead) on thre hits in the ninth; but got credited with the win after Salem's bottom of the ninth heroics.

Chris Madera managed two singles, a double, and two walks in five perfect matchups (and got an outfield assist by nailing a runner at home to boot!). Trenton Kemp thumped a single and a double and walked twice in four treks. Stanley Espinal, Jordan Procyshen, C.J. Chatham, and Bobby Dalbec each delivered two hits in five excursions; Dalbec with a double, Procyshen with a double and the game-winning single in the ninth. Jerry Downs delivered a single and his nightly hit by pitch in five jaunts. Brett Netzer notched a double in five at-bats. Tyler Hill thumped a double in the ninth after coming in for Ryan Scott who suffered four forlorned forays.

Salem came back three separate times in the game: Tying the game at two with a two run rally in the sixth, taking a one run lead after eight with three runs (after Frederick had scored two in the top half), and then getting four consecutive hits in the bottom of the ninth to score the two runs for the win (after the Keys had again scored two in the top half).
