Richardson Jimenez was not so good in his professional debut, relinquishing two runs on a hit and two walks (while recording zero outs). Robinson Montero allowed one run on two hits, two walks, and a hit by pitch over three innings.

Angel Maita managed two singles and a walk in four matchups. Oscar Rangel and Yulis Hernandez each had a pair of hits in two opportunities; Hernandez with a double and a picked-off/caught stealing. William Cuevas allowed two runs on five hits – including a Patrick Leonard long ball – over seven full; striking out an octet. Ty Buttrey yielded one run on two hits in the eighth before starting the ninth with a walk. Kyle Martin came in and struck out the first batter he faced, then gave up an intentional walk followed by two conventional walks to end the contest.

[So, for those watching at home... the PawSox did not allow a walk until the ninth... then gave up four.]

Aneury Tavarez thumped two singles in four appearances. Tony Renda and Rusney Castillo each ripped two hits in five contests; Castillo with two stolen bases, Renda with a double and a caught stealing.
