Bummer. Played well. 10 minute clusterfuck in the immediate aftermath of the Chara injury cost them the game.

Yep. Good effort tonight just couldn't shut down a talented Blues team when Chara went out then couldn't bury some chances.

It is beating a dead horse, but here's a Hayes pile on. It's sad, but he'a reaching amusing levels of ineptitude at this point. Nearing the record books, I'd imagine.

- 33 games in a row without a point.
- 56 SOG without anything to show for it.
- 17 games this season with nothing. On the bright side for Jimmy, Shithead started last season with 17 consecutive pointless games before finally breaking through on game #18. Is Thursday the day?
- 183:34 total TOI is the most in the league without a point this season, among forwards. 32 SOG is also a league high for pointless forwards. Next up is Tootoo who has 20.
- On the ice for 1 GF, 11GA. The Bruins have given up a total of 44 goals this season, so he's on for a quarter of them.

Jesus that was a shit play by Carlo despite Jack's praise.
Carlo looked awful for the first 10 minutes after Chara went out, but I thought he held up pretty well after that. 19yr old rookie switching to several new D partners for the first time in the middle of a game and all.

Brookline
Liles seems a good partner for Carlo -- a smart veteran who can talk to Carlo on the ice and on the bench.
