From the Red Sox right to the Bruins. My wife is going to be annoyed at me tonight. I'll probably get her some flowers tomorrow.
Tommy Cross was a late scratch for Providence last night with speculation that he's getting an emergency call up, according to Mark Divver (Providence Journal AHL Bruins/ hockey beat writer for those who haven't heard of him). I believe Postma is still up on emergency. Probably insurance in case Chara and McAvoy can't go or Krug's shoulder flares up again. I'm assuming Grzelcyk is out.
Chara, McAvoy, DeBrusk, Grzelcyk all skating. McAvoy in a no-contact sweater so seems he’s likely a no-go tonight. We’ll see after the full skate.
Kuraly not skating, also Backes is present. Fluto has the lineup as:

Backes is in and Chara is out tonight per Cassidy. Grzelcyk is a game time decision. DeBrusk, McAvoy, and Chara are progressing and likely for the weekend. Kuraly is out (upper body). Nash is working out at the facility (which is a good sign IMO) but hasn't skated yet.

Yea, I'm worried about him maybe rushing back so soon. Hope I'm wrong.
Seems like great news about the rest of injuries with the exception of Kuraly. How about a win tonight without anyone else getting hurt?
Keep Chara and McAvoy out as long as possible. Give them a couple games to get their conditioning back but a rested and healthy top pairing is the top priority going into the postseason. I'd love to have the top seed in the Atlantic, but not at the risk of their health. Same with Rick Nash.

Absolutely. Dafoomie has been playing in the background at work for a solid two weeks now.
