Played from our heels tonight, Toronto took it to us. Krug was lousy and our top line was invisible. Rask was solid.

Pasta had a couple weird shots tonight where he looked almost timid if that's the right word for it

Their d was really good for most of the game and it was still there to be tied. Series expected to be close is close. Need to finish chances and clear the defensive zone when it’s there. Win Wednesday.

The chance was the Heinen to Coyle pass that was a little too hot. Probably their only odd man rush of the game.

So they’d get a PP with what 20 seconds left?
So we shouldn't call penalties because there isn't much time? Still a missed call.

The Bs got out played most of the game and Pasta and the whole top line aren't performing up to par. They were slow and flat relative to Toronto. That is why they lost.

306, row 14
The officiating has been fine. I’ll take is all series, hope it continues. The Bruins 1st and 4th lines are losing their matchups and the penalty kill has stunk.

The one thing I take solace in is that frustrating and annoying but ultimately exciting 7 game series wins against hated division rivals is very on brand and has meant good things for the Bruins.

I thought it was a pretty even game. Toronto had a better power play so they won. Each team gave up a shit goal at 5 on 5. Sometimes the other team plays well too. Game 1 I thought was a complete no show. This one was different, they gave a solid effort tonight just not enough finish.

Pasta needs to get out of power forward mode and into sniper mode. Looking for hits more than creating offense simply isn't what he is paid to do. Would have like to see Coyle more, seems to be making the most of his very limited ice time this series.

On the whole yup, completely agree, I was annoyed by a call. Happens.

Pasta and the first gotta figure it out. Or they arent going anywhere anyway.

Is shifting Pasta the key? He just seems sluggish , tentative.

I’m still pretty zen about it all. Win Wednesday and make it a 3 game series with home ice. We got this.
