I agree that being on the road makes the Bruins easier to defend when Pastrnak is on the top line. I also think sometimes you have to accept that neither choice would have changed the outcome. Last night felt like one of those games.That all tracks...I just think they become an infinitely easier team to defend with the perfection line intact when they are on the road with last change for the home team. Gut level analysis here but feels like there's a very fine line in playoffs between waiting around for struggling lines and outright panicking...from my couch feels like Cassidy does more of the latter. But yeah overall secondary scoring & Bruins is definitely a well sung chorus at this point.
I'd be interested to see Smith at RW1 because he was good there earlier in the year and he hasn't done much of anything this series. I wonder if he's hurt. Smith to RW1 would also create uncertainty for Coyle/Debrusk, as they haven't shown much together this year (SHG notwithstanding). In any event, it's late to start tinkering so I don't expect they try Smith there in game 7.
Haula and Smith need to produce if this team has any chance to make a deep run.
