Y’know, there a lot of fine sounding bands in the world. Not all of them play your favourite songs. Most of them just stick to their playlist.
As the last sentence of that TMZ article suggests, there's a personal injury attorney somewhere who is laughing harder than any of us.
I think it's mildly amusing that TMZ's huge headline says it was a "county" band that he attacked. They must not play the entire region, just one county.

I’d like to know the song that was playing. If it was a Danielle Peck song or anything Nickelback, this is totally understandable.
