My laptop (Lenovo thinkpad) is not connecting to our network at home. All of my family has had no problem (they all own apples). The error I get is "DNS_Probe_Finished_No_Internet" I'm simply not connecting and I don't know why. Other than rebooting, I have not a clue.

    Anyone?

After running a diagnostic test, I got the following: "Does not have a valid IP Configuration"

Set the TCP/IPv4 and DNS Server settings to automatic, as described here, for your wireless network adapter.

Had something like this happen to me on my Thinkpad some time ago. Back on Windows 7 so not sure how relevant it is. Ended up being a conflict between the add on Intel network driver software and the Windows driver handling network. Had to disable hardware driver and set it to let Windows handle network/internet. Worked immediately after rebooting.
