I don’t really love the 2 stand alone games on Saturday but like watching all day and night Saturday. But I hate them doing it again on Sunday. I don’t feel like staying up until midnight tonight.

The price we pay for CBS splitting it with Turner. CBS would always want to be done around 7 on Sunday for 60 Minutes.

Man do I agree. There is an 8:45pm and 9:40pm scheduled tip off today. You're looking at midnight on the east coast, at the earliest, if you want to watch all of the games.

The worst is that between noon and 5pm, there are two games. Then between 6pm and 9pm there are 5 games. But I bitch about this every year, nothing you can do but go to sleep and miss the final games.

Why do these announcers have such a head-on for Haarms?
Haarms is a game changer and is going to be really really good. His numbers this year are limited due to playing behing a better big but this kid is 7-2 with perimeter skills and a motor. Keep an eye on him next year and beyond, he's an NBA player for sure imo.

Purdue losing their post man kills them.
I don't feel the dropoff to Haarms is significant but they won't be accustomed to playing without a huge big in those 15 or so non-Haarms minutes which should be interesting.

Officiating is making this game borderline unwatchable. There is literally NO way to at defense within 5 feet of the basket. Tremendous offensive bias, more so than usual

I'm still angry at the reffing in the Ohio State game. Crucial calls turned that thing into a laugher.

Purdue did some really nice offensive movements to take a bit of control, but they have serious foul issues.,
Painter didn't need to push the limits on Edwards with a lead inside of 45 seconds. He had used him brilliantly up to that point but forgot to take his foot off the pedal there. Greed kills. I blame his assistants for not reigning him in.

Oh please stop it with the "not warmed up" excuse on Edwards lazy pass. It isn't about "being warm" it's about mental preparation, focus, and mental toughness. Get your freakin head in the game......that's the only issue here.

It's so hard for me to watch anything when I know Tiger is on the course, and on television.

Edit: And wearing the Sunday Red.

Free throw shooting has been fucking putrid since day one of the tournament this year. Unbelievably bad in crunch time, across the board.

Michigan State struggling against the zone (running theme in this tournament). Have to think Izzo will figure out a way to beat it eventually, but the longer Cuse hangs around...

A 16 seed and a play-in team both playing on day 4 of the tournament. You just never, ever know in this thing.

This is exactly where Syracuse was hoping to be right now. All the pressure switches to MSU at this point. If they don't go on a run soon to break it open, the Orange will have a legit shot to win this thing.
