Finally got around to reading last Sunday's Globe (long story) and found an @Large column by Michael Andor Brodeur titled, "To be verified or not to be verified," which is about being verified on Twitter and contained the following sentence:
"We've spent nearly a decade on the sosh (which is a fun term for 'social Media' that I'm trying out this week and already hate), learning to parse the digital stranger."
I just found it amusing.
