This is what I think currently. This weekend should be crazy in terms of roster moves. I think they'll make multiple moves.
QB(2)--Brady, Hoyer
RB(4)--Burkhead, Michel, White, Hill
FB(1)--Develin
WR(4)--Hogan, Dorsett, Patterson, McCarron
TE(3)--Gronk, Allen, Hollister
OL(8)--Brown, Thuney, Andrews, Mason, Cannon, Waddle, Karras, Croston
DE(6)-Flowers, Clayborn, Wise, Rivers, Grissom, Lee
DL(4)--Brown, Butler, Guy, Shelton
LB(4)--Hightower, Van Noy, Bentley, Grigsby
CB(6)--Gilmore, Rowe, Dawson, Crossen, Jackson, J. Jones
SAF(4)-DMC, Chung, Harmon, Richards
ST(7)-Gostkowski, Allen, Cardona, Bolden, King, Ebner, Slater

I think you are pretty close, at least based on what's known of the roster now. My only quibbles are Croston and Lee. I think they might go with one of the OL vets instead.
I also wouldn't be surprised to see Grissom, Bolden and/or King cut and then immediately re-signed in time to make it to Game 1.
Who goes to IR, besides Wynn?

I know they play a lot of nickel but four linebackers is light. I think at least one of Roberts, Sam, Flowers makes the club. But gotta cut from somewhere to make that happen. I could see Lee or Grissom being the cut for another LB that could fill Grissom’s role on special teams.
That or we see them experiment with a guy like King or maybe Rivers playing some OLB. But I don’t recall seeing anything like that happen while in camp

In certain situations, Chung is their extra LB. I was torn between Roberts and Lee. The final decision for me was that Lee could carve out a role as a sub rusher while Roberts' role is filled by Bentley.

Getting this in before it's settled:

My picks from last time with markup:
QB (2) T.Brady, B.Hoyer - same
RB (6) S.Michel, R.Burkhead, J.Develin, J.White, B.Bolden, J.Hill - same. I'm not reading too much into Gillislee getting last night off; they know who he is
WR (5) C.Hogan, P.Dorsett, C.Patterson, M.Slater, R.McCarron (Edelman suspended) - same, though I don't think McCarron should get too comfortable given they were still giving lock-sees to other PR
TE (23) R.Gronkowski, J.Hollister, D.Allen - Allen's restructure puts him back here
C (1) D.Andrews
G (3) S.Mason, J.Thuney, T.Karras - not sure whether to read into Karras playing a lot last night, but AFAIK they don't have a lot of other C options
T (4) T.Brown, M.Cannon, L.Waddle, U.JohnM.Tobin - convinced by @mascho on Tobin (you guys are listening to Locked On Patriots, right? [and rating and reviewing?]), though I won't be shocked if it's John or Croston
DE (5) T.Flowers, A.Clayborn, D.Wise, D.Rivers, K.Davis- same, with Geneo Grissom on the taxi squad
DT (4) M.Brown, D.Shelton, A.Butler, L.Guy - same. Can they sneak Valentine onto the PS?
ILB(4) D.Hightower, C.Sam, N.Grigsby, J.Bentley, E.Roberts - I had Roberts off because he doesn't play much on ST, but I think punctuation guy is right. Roberts can back up both Hightower and Bentley and LBs get hurt a lot. Might be a gameday inactive if everyone is healthy
OLB(32) K.VanNoy, M.Flowers, B.King - seems like Flowers is out
CB (6) S.Gilmore, E.Rowe, D.Dawson, J.Jones, J.Jackson, K.Crossen - same, though I probably feel less good about Crossen
SS (32) P.Chung, N.Ebner, J.Richards - remember when Jordan Richards forced a fumble on the first defensive series of the season last year? Just about the only good thing he ever did
FS (23) D.McCourty, D.Harmon, J.McCourty - I've had JMac off all preseason but I think his safety versatility wins him the David Harris memorial "break glass in case of emergency" roster spot
ST (3) S.Gostkowski, J.Cardona, R.Allen - same

Maybe Grissom. Bolden they kinda need with all the RB injuries. King has 2019 guaranteed money that there's no reason to accelerate onto the 2018 cap and, honestly, King should be talked about with Slater and Ebner as one of the team's special teams "stars" and virtually untouchable.

Who goes to IR, besides Wynn?
I don't know that anyone does. I mean, they could have done it before now. Langi maybe is an IR-DTR candidate but I'm not sure he's worth using a spot there.

Braxton Miller not making the Texans roster. Intriguing name given his knowledge of the system in Houston with BoB, and Pats got to see him last summer in joint practices up close. They have a history of those types of moves.

What does Miller offer that Patterson doesn’t? I don’t think a guy like him really helps our WR situation much.

Golden Tate may be a pipedream, but Brandon Tate was cut and could be available.

Michael Floyd another familiar name cut today. He made that one block which is a bigger offensive contribution than I remember Tate making.

Jeff Janis cut by Cleveland. Fantastic special teamer with receiver ability. Still only 27, 6’3” 219 had a 6.64 3 cone coming out of college. Had a monster game for GB in the 2015 playoffs but hasn’t done much of anything else. Would be interesting to see what he could do here.

Doug Kyed: "Sounds like teams around the NFL are high on CB Keion Crossen. It would be a major risk for the Patriots to waive him and try to get him on their practice squad."

This is a big consideration for those last couple spots. Crossen has certainly shown enough to be intriguing, though I don't think he's ready for much of a role on D.

Corey Coleman has a ton of talent. That said if he couldn't get the Bill's offense I fear a lost cause here
Yeah, none of these reclamation projects are helping this year. Either get a real guy like Tate, Demaryius, Sanders, etc. or just stand pat.

I think the exception could be a former Pat who got along well and has a leg up.on the system. That said if LaFell was a no cant see going for Floyd

I think both LaFell and Floyd could have their 40s timed by a sun dial. Neither interest me in the slightest. Go big or go home. I’m not expecting anything meaningful. Our WRs this year will be Hogan, Edelman, Dorsett, and Patterson. Not a studly group but good enough if Gronk is healthy. I remain firmly on Team Dez but that dream has died.

Running a lot of two TE sets I suppose. Not that that's a bad thing. Just can't really afford to get an injury to a WR.

But I suspect Izzo is a placeholder for a better WR.

Glad Crossen and Bentley and Jackson made it. Bentley seemed like a sure thing but Crossen and Jackson weren't. I like their games.

That totals 52, which will go to 51 when Izzo goes to IR. Maybe to 50 if Michel goes IR(DTR).
3 WRs seems very light (4 if you count Slater, who seems to be as much of a threat to catch a pass as Marcus Cannon),
7 OL also seems very light. That’s usually the game-day active count with one or two as Game-Day Inactives.

It seems like the key factor with the last few spots is who they thought they could sneak through waivers. I can't imagine they'll carry 7 CB very long, and WR and OL are too light, but they can probably sneak McCarron and Croston through waivers but not Crossen or Jackson.

Grissom's inclusion is interesting, since they've gotten him through waivers in the past. Maybe Patricia is a fan? Izzo to IR-DTR (presumably) is interesting, too.

They don't need to DTR but they do need to be on the initial 53 before going on IR in order to return.

Correct. Izzo goes on IR tomorrow, leaving them the flexibility to activate him on Week 8. The other IR players all have season ending injuries, and Michel is back as a full practice participant, so there's no need to put him on IR just yet.
