Is anyone else having problems with SoSH using Safari?

-Safari becomes incredibly slow when trying to reply to a topic.
-Quotes in replies often freeze Safari-
-Posts are being eaten either completely or partially, especially when using quotes.

I'm testing it in Chrome now, but it's such a memory hog and battery killer I'd prefer not to have to use it.

This morning, Safari was not showing me any images or video (specifically in Nip's thread about music) but it is working fine now. I am new to Safari on this computer but haven't had any other problems with it here at the SoSH.

Check your flash version, Safari doesn't autoupdate flash and when you're more than one version back Safari will slow down on pages with flash.

Wasn't flash. Just upgraded to Safari 9 on Yosemite and it fixed all issues. Thanks for the help.

I'm still getting a ton of 502 Gateway errors while using Safari. Not sure if it's specifically a Safari problem but that's the browser I use. And even the "retry for live data" button only works if I directly load the forum front page, and then click that button on the error page that comes up.

Edit: Here's a screenshot of said error:

Perhaps this is an IPv6 error rather than a Safari error?

I've been getting that one a lot as well.  Not just in safari.  It shows up on the home laptop (Linux/Chromium), work desktop (Windows/Chrome) and ipad (safari).

I've been getting that same 502 error pretty consistently for about two months now. I see the error on:

- Chrome on PC w/Windows 7
- Safari on Mac w/OS X 10.11
- Mobile Safari on iPad Air 2 w/iOS 9

Interestingly, I *never* see the issue with Mobile Safari on an iPhone 6 running the same version of iOS 9 as the iPad.
