Free agency signings, trades, exercised or declined options, contract terminations, new hires, confirmed transactions.

-Boston traded the 2017 first-round draft pick (No. 1) to Philadelphia for the 76ers' 2017 first-round draft pick (No. 3) and a conditional first-round pick in 2018 or 2019.

-Wizards acquired G Tim Frazier from the New Orleans Pelicans for their 2017 second-round pick.

-Lakers G Nick Young declined his contract option, making him an unrestricted free agent.

-Hawks Traded C Dwight Howard and the No. 31 overall pick in Thursday's NBA draft to Charlotte for C Miles Plumlee, G Marco Belinelli and the 41st pick.

-C Aron Baynes is declining his player option for next season and becoming a free agent.

-Brooklyn Nets trade Brook Lopez and the #27 pick in Thursday's draft to Los Angeles Lakers for Deangelo Russel and Tmofey Mozgov.
