Possible upsets today?

I like Michigan in the first game and possibly Cincy if Ball is slowed at all today.

I really hate being on the east coast for tourney time. Staying up late on a Sunday is brutal, I gotta say I prefer the Hawaii plan of the last game just before dinner time... oh well, at least have to stay up for Duke game.

I can see lots of upset potential today, should be lots of fun.

If Joel Berry cannot go then Arkansas is a pretty easy pick.

For gambling today I've got Kentucky -4.5 and over 148 for Kansas/Michigan St. GREAT day of games and starting off with Michigan/Louisville is just a fucking treat.

Wichita State likely has a chance. MSU because of Izzo. Michigan because Louisville is awful on offense. SC because it is going to be a road game for Duke. I think we see at least 1 upset, maybe 2.

Vegas thinks Berry is going--they're still at -11, with -800 ML

Was thinking of just throwing a few bucks at an 8 team parlay for fun---all 8 favorites get you 10:1, but swapping Michigan gets you 20:1.

I think I prefer over 151 for Kentucky/Wichita St.

Michigan St. has scored 60 or fewer in 2 of last 4 games, and in other 2 allowed no more than 58.

My thought on that O/U is that as long as Michigan scores 58 it will hit but I may be too bullish on Kansas.

Cincinnati is my game today. Haven't had much easy in this tournament for me this may be one that is.

Really interesting game so far. Louisville's defense is keeping Michigan from getting the easy three pointers but their switches are creating some mismatches. On the other end Michigan having trouble with them in the paint. If styles make fights this is a classic in the making

Today's slate of games is pretty damn impressive. Except for the fact that they are going to end too late for me to stay up. :(

Louisville seems to always have one good guard, one shooter and three athletes who can defend, rebound and run but can't do much else. And then double that as the bench looks the same way

You have to think Pitono will start to doubel the ball on these high pick and rolls with walton and wagner. Force the ball to the wing

Michigan kids were mentally tough. Walton, Wagner and Wilson tough.

but please play D and inbounds the ball next time. lolol

ACC, the greatest conference of all times, is down to UNC and Carolina. lololol. nothing changes

UNC and Carolina?

I'm sorry UCONN wasn't invited.

That game was awesome. I went ahead and went a little heavy on Michigan +135 because I'm getting that same UCONN-Walker vibe where this team is just special and peaking at the right time. I also saw Louisville in person twice this year and did not think they were very good at punching back, a little inexperienced.

Almost had a coronary when I saw Irwin's inbounds pass hit like 6 inches out of bounds.

Walton and especially Wilson and Wagner were very tough down the stretch.

The only comment about the conferences is that the Big 10 was under seeded going into the tournament. But I'm glad I don't have that job. I would probably have done the same.

No TO's left for Louisville. That could haunt them, but that pass/turnover was ATROCIOUS.
Luke Hancock is not walking through that door, fans. Chane Behanan is not walking through that door and Gorgui Dieng is not walking through that door.

Hey, you were the idiot who decreed this the greatest conference ever. C'mon, it was stupid to say then and its proven out to be even more absurd. But at least UNC/Duke have NBA players. Louisville, ND, UVa, all these other teams maybe have one player. Maybe that will change since K, Roy, Boeheim and Pitino will likely all be retired in a couple years.

UConn and all the non P5 schools will not exist as relevent in the NCAAs in 4-5 years. Michigan athletic department revenues exceed the entire Big East TV contracts combined.Same with the AAC. And they are next two in line. The proud alum high quality coaches who keep the mid-majors going like Wright and Ollie will be dinosaurs soon. If the SEC wants to be good in hoops, they can pay their coaches $8M or more per year and not blink an eye. And if the NBA decides to keep kids in school for two years, the NCAA tourney will eventually look a lot like the CFB playoffs.

And I guess my computer autocorrects whenever i try to type "duke" :)

Maybe Mich and Izzo. Rest were proper. And Minnesota overseeded. Conference has played great thus far, nothing to take away from them.

Basketball is really a P6 situation though with theBig East one of the 6 (and superior to the B12)

to make your point, substitute Marshall and Few for Wright and Ollie. The imbalance is with the MVC, WCC, Colonial, Horizon, Southern, etc. The Big East is one of the haves. Butler going to BE and Davidson going to A-10 is killing small school college basketball.

So much for the over in this game. Jesus. 17-16 with under 6 minutes left in half?
