I was reading about the poll-- someone from Reddit compiled it & got fellow Redditors to vote. The Winnipeg/Africa vote seems to be in jest, & there's a Maple Leaf fan who moved to Wyoming, explaining the Ottawa vote. Other than that, not sure on some of the other interesting results.

Africa hating Winnipeg is kind of ironic because that franchise had the most players (4 or 5 I believe) of African descent a few years ago in Atlanta.
