That guy’s awfully proud he fielded that over his shoulder on the 2 and got 10 yards less than he would have letting it go.

I'd like to see what Brady would do with receivers like Nelson, Cobb, Adams ..not to take anything away from Rodgers, but in the one season Brady had one elite receiver he was one of the best of all time. (Although Edelman has worked his way up to being pretty elite himself).

I don't think you can go wrong with either qb.. Rogers also has a stronger arm and more accurate deep ball.
I'm not sure the GB pass catchers are all that much more talented than what Brady has been working with... if you're drafting NE/GB pass catchers, it probably goes Gronk, Nelson, Cooks, Cobb? And last year, you'd slot Edelman in for Cooks?

I think of the distinction this way... if my life is on the line, and I need to win a football game, I want Brady. If I need to convert 4th and 15, I want Rodgers...

Brady has played with either Moss or Gronkowski for the last nine seasons and counting that he was the starter. Gronkowski is the GOAT at his position and you can make a real argument Moss is the second best to ever play his. He also had Welker for five years and Edelman has developed into a really good player. I don't think he's lacked for weapons.

There's really no need to do the "Brady would be better if he had Rodgers' receivers" thing. Brady is incredible, a legit argument as the GOAT. Rodgers is also awesome and there is nothing wrong with acknowledging that.

Yeah, I was looking at Welker's numbers the other day. Five seasons with 100+ catches and 1000+ yards. Not bad.

Watt going to the hospital in an ambulance. Isn't that unusual for a knee injury (unless it's a Bridgewater type situation)?

Kelce took a nasty low hit on that catch. Lucky he didn’t blow a tire.

Because they're not the Patriots and pose a legitinate threat.

I don't hate them, but definitely rooting against them at every turn
This could be Andy Reid's year. It's definitely his best chance in a good long while. As bad as he is at clock management, he's a legit genius on offense, and his players love him.

Of course, we'll have to see where they stand after the 17-week demolition derby. We have a handful of teams in each conference that are plausible contenders and, increasingly, the only things that matters are the IR lists around week 17.

KC looks very good.
They are in an enviable position. They have Mahomes, with Smith under contract through 2018. They can deal Smith if Mahomes is ready, or choose not to rush Mahomes. And they have lots of good young talent.

What will KC look like when Smith is no longer the greatest QB in history? He can’t go the whole year without INT’s and a 75% completion rate.

Right?

See Nick Foles 2013 Eagles. 27 TDs, 2 INTs, 64% completion percentage.

And Smith is better than Foles, obviously.

Huge deviations from the norm can last an entire season.
