- 5/20 - Pinch-hitter Rip Repulski singled to start the Boston 10th and was pinch-run for by Tom Brewer. Brewer reached second on a Chuck Schilling bunt, but remained there with two outs. Jackie Jensen then singled off Hank Aguirre to plate Brewer with the winning run.
Boston 4, Detroit 3 - 10 innings
- 6/2 - The Orioles scored in their half of the 9th to tie the game at 2. Jim Pagliaroni walked to lead off the Sox 9th, then Tom Brewer was inserted for him at first. The pinch runner was not necessary as Vic Wertz clubbed a walk-off homer off Baltimore starter Billy Hoeft.
- 6/4 - A Gary Geiger walk loaded the bases and pushed Carroll Hardy to third and Frank Malzone to second. Joe Ginsberg then pinch-hit for Jim Pagliaroni and came through. Ginsberg singled off Hoyt Wilhelm to bring home Hardy and Malzone for the win.
- 6/18 - The Senators led the Red Sox 12-5 heading into the bottom of the 9th in the first game of a double-header. Vic Wertz then grounded out to lead off the inning. Don Buddin singled before pinch-hitter Billy Harrell struck out to give Boston two outs. The next nine Sox reached base, including the big blow, a Grand Slam from Jim Pagliaroni. The game winning hit came when Russ Nixon singled home Pete Runnels. The Sox' 6 hits and 4 walks in the 9th plated 8 runs, winning the game 13-12.
- 6/18 - After a miraculous win in the first half of this twin-bill, the Red Sox played another classic. Jim Pagliaroni stepped to the plate in a 5-5 game to lead of the 13th inning. Pags stepped into a Tom Sturdivant offering and belted a homer for the second walk-off of the day.
Boston 6, Washington 5 - 13 innings
- 7/23 - Elston Howard gave the Yankees a 4-3 lead in the 9th with a two-run homer off Sox starter Don Schwall. Pumpsie Green was then called upon to bat for Schwall with Don Buddin on second. Green doubled home Buddin to tie the game, and came around to score the game-winner on a Gary Geiger baseknock off Bud Daley.
- 7/30 - The Red Sox scored in each of the last 7 innings of this 10 inning affair. Vic Wertz homered in the 9th to tie the game for Boston. Then in the 10th, Jackie Jensen singled with two outs and stole second. After a Frank Malzone intentional walk, Joe Ginsberg was inserted to bat for Sox pitcher Chet Nichols. Ginsberg delivered, plating Jensen with a single off Turk Lown.
Boston 9, Chicago 8 - 10 innings
- 8/2 - Chuck Schilling homered off Art Fowler with one out in the 9th inning to walk-off with a win against the Angels in the nightcap of this double-header. Arnold Early picked up the win for Boston, pitching 3 innings of one-hit ball.
- 8/7 - Red Sox pitcher Mike Fornieles doubled in the 9th inning of a tie game off Minnesota's Don Lee. Gary Geiger was then intentionally walked with two outs to face Carl Yastrzemski. Yaz' first career walk-off hit scored Fornieles with the game winning run.
- 8/22 - Pete Runnels walked with two outs in the 9th. Frank Malzone and Russ Nixon then followed with singles, loading the bases. Jackie Jensen came to the plate and drew a walk from Washington starter Bennie Daniels, pushing Runnels across with the deciding run.
Boston 3, Washington 2 - 11 innings
- 8/24 - Jackie Jensen stepped up in a tie game to face Pete Burnside. Jensen won the battle, blasting a walk-off dinger to give Boston another win in extras.
Boston 5, Washington 4 - 10 innings
- 9/15 - Carl Yastrzemski belted his first walk-off homer against Milt Pappas, giving the Red Sox a 3-2 over the Orioles. Gene Conley got the win for Boston, pitching all 10 innings while allowing only 5 hits.
