This chart shows a players overall skill and luck.
Base Performance Value - a measure of a player's overall skill, calculated by weighting and adding together a player's base performance indicators. (league average is usually about 50, Sox average about 70)
Fortune Index - a measure of a pitchers luck based upon their Left on Base % and BABIP. (average about 140%)
