Moment in the Sun
- Co-starred in the book Game of Shadows with several other athletes. Many reviews applauded the secret side of Barry. No one knew just how swell of a guy he really was!
- Indicted on federal charges of perjury and obstruction of justice in November 2007. They can't do anything to him for using steroids, but they can get him for lying about using steroids. Isn't the justice system great?

- Barry is the son of former Major Leaguer Bobby Bonds, the godson of Hall of Famer Willie Mays, and the cousin of Reggie Jackson.
- 1996 All-Star Home Run Derby Winner.
- Starred in the 10 part ESPN reality TV series, Bonds on Bonds. The show was cancelled in June 2006 due to "creative control" issues with Bonds and his representatives.
- Bonds' 715th home run ball sold on eBay for $220,100.
