Bill Simmons (above with Tyson), a.k.a. ESPN.com's "The Sports Guy"

Columnist for ESPN: The Magazine as well as Page 2 on ESPN.com. Has his own dedicated page on ESPN.com (Sports Guy's World)

Author of Now I Can Die in Peace

Formerly wrote for/maintained the sorely missed bostonsportsguy.com site on the Digital City Boston website. While at that website, devised his now-famous "Ewing Theory" and was known to rail against the shoddy state of both the national and Boston sports media. Posted a "Daily Links" page on the BSG site.

Graduate of Holy Cross. Former sports writer for the Boston Phoenix. Currently based in Los Angeles after having moved there to write for The Jimmy Kimmel Show.

Die-hard Celitics, Sox and Pats fan and writes on these topics often. Has an uncanny ability to use pop-culture references to explain/interpret events in the sports world. Due to his current employment by the Worldwide Leader, is much more restrained in his criticism/mockery of media figures.

Known for his running diaries of everything from the NBA Draft to WrestleMania to the Oscars. Regularly compiles hilarious Mailbag colums consisting of e-mail submissions from readers and his responses.
