Henry Hack Eibel was born on December 6, 1893, in Brooklyn, NY. Eibel was 18 years old when he broke into the big leagues on June 13, 1912, with Cleveland.
Eibel had a 2-year career as an outfielder with the Red Sox and Cleveland. He batted .174 in 46 at-bats and had a 3.48 ERA in 10.1 IP. He only appeared in 33 games. Following his retirement, Eibel became head of the Sports Palace in Macon, Georgia.
