Rap music impresario. American gangster. Natstown's savior. Victim of All-Star voting conspiracies. The common denominator is Thrilledge.
Canto 1: Young Lastings
Milledge's rise has been foretold in the tomes of Ptomley, Ibn Al-Athir and Edmund Husserl. Using, respectively, theories of non-heliocentric cosmology, optics and phenomenology, they theorized of a man whose value would changed based on the season and possessor. While these theories were criticized heavily at Oxford and Toulouse, they found two very important exponents: French architect Pierre Charles L'Enfant and Spanish adventurer Ponce D'Leon. The latter searched the world over to find the land where both this man would be born and the mystical fountain of youth. It was Ponce's goal to find the fountain so he could live in the Thrilledge era. While Ponce failed to find the fountain, he found the land which would give birth to Lastings: Florida. Nearly two centuries later, L'Enfant was commissioned to design a "National Town" where the focus would be on the man of legend and his exploits. Thus, Washington D.C. came into creation.
