  • Brendan Donnelly, 4/10 vs. SEA by Phil Cuzzi. Donnelly had a verbal argument with Jose Guillen after a strikeout, resulting in Guillen's ejection. Donnelly then hit the next batter, Kenji Johjima.
  • Coco Crisp, 4/28 at NYY by Bruce Froemming. Crisp threw his bat and helmet after a called third strike pitched by Kyle Farnsworth in the eighth inning.
  • Terry Francona, 6/6 at OAK by Dan Iassogna for arguing balls and strikes in the eighth inning.
  • David Ortiz, 6/15 vs. SFG by Tony Randazzo for arguing a called third strike in the first inning.
  • Terry Francona, 6/23 at SDP by Brian Knight for arguing a call reversal in the sixth inning.
  • Terry Francona, 7/20 vs. CWS by Tim McClelland. J.D. Drew hit a fly ball to left field that was called a double; Manny Ramirez was thrown out on the play. Francona argued that the hit was a home run, and although instant replay agreed with him, the umpires did not.
  • Manny Ramirez, 8/6 at LAA by James Hoye for arguing balls and strikes in the fourth inning.
  • Terry Francona and Kevin Youkilis, 8/17 vs. LAA by Mark Wegner and Brian Runge for arguing a called third strike in the ninth inning. Replay showed the ball was tipped by the bat and should have been called a foul.
  • Terry Francona, 8/30 at NYY by Derryl Cousins for arguing a call reversal in the seventh inning. On a ground ball to third by J.D. Drew, Kevin Youkilis ran out of the baseline to avoid being tagged by Alex Rodriguez. Youkilis was originally ruled safe, but the call was reversed.
