Sandog's review of Monsignor Murphy's: Others might refer to it as a dive bar with bad tvs, crappy food, and keg lines that haven't been cleaned in 30 years.

Sandog's review of Nic and Dino's: All in all, another cookie-cutter gentrified joint in Lincoln Park. Any Sox bar where you have to ask them to turn on the Sox game 5 minutes in isn't much of a Sox bar, now is it?

Cautionary tale about the Rhino Bar - not recommended, especially during college football season. The bartenders refused to put the Sox-MFY on any of their televisions because Big Ten football takes precedence. Crawling with OSU fans and their spirit nuts.
