Brady - think that's 8 Super Bowl appearances in 16 years as the primary starter? He was nails.
DOLA - super clutch.
Gilmore had some great plays down the stretch.
Patricia for dialing up the pressure in the second half.

Brady better finally win a Patriot of the week award.
Cooks. Amendola. Gilmore

Dola.

Fuck the Jags, those dirty f$&(s ringing Gronk’s bell like that, but they were no joke. This Pats team will be ready for whoever in a couple of weeks.

Edit: beaten to it, but noted too that Patricia made some adjustments that clearly stopped the chunks.

Andy Brickley's potty mouth
I said it in the game thread and I'll say it here, Brady and the offense will get all the attention, but the defense was just as responsible for that win. Both units sucked in the second quarter and then the defense turned it around while waiting for the offense to do it's thing.

Incredible.

Brady. How the hell does he keep doing it?

Danny Playoffs Amendola. Unbelievably clutch catches

Lots of great contributions from Harrison, Gilmore, McCourty, Devlin, and others. But TB12 and DA80 saved the season

I’d just like to add Cooks to the list. He didn’t score, but he had plenty of big plays and it felt like he was the only thing working in the first half.

The #Patriots are the fourth team since 1992 to lost the turnover battle, convert 25% or worse on third downs, and still get the W in the playoffs

Brady
Gillmore
Dola

Those are the top 3. Lots of people played great, but you've gotta single out those guys

I didn't think Brady could pull it off without Edelman and Gronk, against the #1 defense in the league to boot.

This team never ceases to amaze me and I am so lucky to follow this team and this era.

I thought the OL played very well vs. Sacksonville, a few sacks and pressures but given NE abandoned the run in the 2nd half it was pretty impressive performance. Brady doesn't get those long PI penalties to Cooks without time to throw.

Gilmore for the most athletic play I might have ever seen from a Pats CB
McCourty for an absolutely clutch third down tackle
Lewis for making up for the fumble with that clutch game-winning first-down

Brady's hand

Edit: and can't believe I forgot Dola, the easy MVP of the game

Also if you aren't a NE fan how much is your blood boiling right now?
This team was ripe for the pickings and somehow pulled out yet another improbably victory. After the D Lew fumble the collective anti-pats nation must have been at a fever pitch.

Gronk for taking that bullshit hit. Maybe that wasn't what changed the momentum of the game, but it could have been.

Brady
Amendola
Cooks (guy doesn’t get enough credit here. He’s stretched the field all season)
Gilmore (clearly better than Butler since he’s figured out the system)

Aside from the obvious, Ryan Allen pinned them around the 10 yard line thrice

Team win. Allen, Dorsett, even Hogan drawing coverage.

Did Belichick make a mis-step? The gamethread was over-run with questioning every punt/go for it decision. He just has a feel for the game.

Who knows what happens in two weeks. But the last few years have been marked by this team keeping its head about it when things speed up. In the last ten minutes of these games, the long time outs stop. The commercials are done. They wind the 25 second clock fast after time outs. They punt and the offense comes right out with no commercial. It get chaotic.
