Doesn't look there is a carve-out for Paul.Not really replying to you two specifically, as I’ve heard others say similar, but didn’t they carve out an exemption specifically for Paul? Seems like this is more about preventing the next Paul/Klutch. Doesn’t really change the overall view of these new rules or make the NCAA less loathsome, but it’s not quite so anti-Lebron.
Someone named Jeff Borzello tweeted that the application process requires agents to "agree to cooperate with the NCAA in connection with its investigation and analysis of possible rules violations, even if the alleged violations are unrelated to [their] NCAA-agent certification."
I have to wonder if everything else was an attempt to hide this very important sentence.
