Although moot - though Buffalo may feel differently, at the moment - it looks like I'm right. The Texans' returner would've made an illegal forward pass in the end zone with the pitch forward. Penalty at the spot of the infraction. Safety. Buffalo could not recover it, unless they caught it in the air.
