2nd line and Coyle really carried the load of this game, Perfection finishes it. Let us hope this gets Perfection really rolling

Exhale. Like I said, this feels SO much different than being down 1-0. Just one game, but this is HUGE.

Kase was a revelation in this game. Made all kinds of plays, always around the puck, took a bunch of hits and kept trucking.

I like on the final play, the defenseman got out of the way to let Marchand take the outlet pass from the zone, then great pass to Pasta and then through the legs to Bergy. Gorgeous

Mrazek was half out of the net on the final goal

Regardless of the day of the year, the time of the day, or the location of the game . . . .

. . . . it appears I care. :redwine:

They deserved that, they were the stronger team all game. Clean up some of the mistakes and we're in business.

Kase looked outstanding to the eye test.

From the live angle I thought Bergy must have really sniped it, under the arm or something. Then they got to that last angle and holy shit he had all kinds of daylight.

Mrazek has Tim Thomas's flailing tendencies, without the consistent results.

Someone posted earlier about a risky Tuukka pass, but honestly his outlet passing this game was phenomenal. He created a handful of chances with those big sweeping restarts. Bruins created a ton of good chances--feel good right now.

Any word on Chuckles? I was watching on mute and didn't even hear if the injury was reported.

Ya live it looked like he sniped far top corner, but on replay, oof Mrazek overplayed.

But many of our more astute RMPS members noted G was a weakness for Car

He's Ok on the long ones. It's the ones near the goal where he seems to blast them too hard or hospital the receiver.
McAvoy came back, I think?

Between here and everywhere.
I know the "round robin" games didn't exactly inspire confidence - but this team absolutely rolled the NHL this year. They're a wagon, and they've only gotten healthier.

The games matter now, and I imagine the Bruins will remember than and continue their Sherman-esque march through the playoffs.
The Bruins were the much better team for approximately 75% of this game.

May we see another sweep of this franchise.

Interesting point by Cassidy on how they decided to start the period with PP2 which gave the Bergeron line the second shift against either a D that just killed off 24 seconds of a PP or a second d pair.

Normally I would spend three hours re reading the game thread after a win like this... looking at the final goal like I was just introduced to PlayPerson. And then realize that the alarm was going off to wake up in 2 hours... so just repeat the process.
