It’s a really dumb rule that you can hit the puck with a high stick and teammate can knock it in and if the linesman doesn’t call it right away it counts.
Yep. What's the actual difference between that and reviewing for an offside that happens 30 seconds before the goal?

So that's so bullshit that randomness of it hitting off a bruin where they never controlled it wipes the high stick.

The standard was shoulder height, not the crossbar, because he wasn’t the scorer.
This is correct. Shoulder is the point of reference if the teammate knocks it in.
Then official shouldn't have said "crossbar".
The automatic review can only review if the person who directed it in did so above the crossbar. They reviewed to see if the 2nd rangers player actually touched it in, and if he didn’t if the first was above the crossbar. The 2nd guy did, below the crossbar, so good goal.

The Bruins could have challenged (at risk of a penalty) that the Ranger to Ranger deflection was from above shoulder level, but they wisely didn’t because they would have lost that challenge.

They got it right, unfortunately.

Great play by Chucky and finish by MARSHMONT. Tuukka was the difference tonight.

Tuukka said he thought it was 2-1, that's why he went to leave the ice.

Solid night overall. Probably stole a point, they didn't play particularly well early in the game or late in the 3rd after the Rangers tied it. Good to get points. Keep piling them up.

Also, it has been more than 4 hours since the game ended. Has Pierre called a doctor yet over his Adam Fox erection?Mother of god, he's a nice player but you'd think we were watching Bobby Orr.

Yeah, the Fox stuff was incredibly annoying. Tuukka makes a great save, "OH WHAT A PLAY BY ADAM FOX!!!" By the end of the game I hated Adam Fox.... and you're right, he does look like a pretty fun player.

It's the same reason I hate Duncan Keith so much all these years later.

deep inside Guido territory
The Rangers played their best game of the season considering the opponent and the Bruins played arguably one of their worst in front of Rask and the Bruins still came out on top. That is a sign of a really good team. Rask saved their ass most of the night as the defensive crew did not play well. The Rangers had 4.58 expected goals if that tells you anything on how Rask did. Credit to McAvoy for the beautiful breakup and pass to Marchand for the game winner.
