Pasta staying onside while lying down is up there with David Patten keeping possession of the ball while unconscious.

I can't believe Samsonov lost his stick again... I don't think I have seen a goalie lose his stick this much...

The look on that refs face after the Bergy goal amounted to "good thing that 50k is already in my offshore account."

Holy crap, that puck was just sitting by Rask's skate. It's amazing that it didn't get into the net somehow.

Takes some talent to not get a shot on a 3 on 2 with less than 30 seconds in teh game.. what a waste

Not the prettiest game but they are standing tall in the defensive end, taking advantage of their chances, and Tuukka is having one of those games where his positioning is so good he never has to move to make a save.

A subtle part of the goal by Pasta that won't show up on the scoresheet: Taylor Hall slid back in the slot as Pasta headed toward the net, freezing #3 of the Caps (who was worried about the pass to Hall) and opening Pasta's path across the front of the net.

With under 9 minutes to go in the first period, the Bruins were outshooting them 8-2.
Since then, Washington has 28 shots on goal to Boston's 5.
But the Bruins have outscored them 2-0 in that stretch.
