La Liga is either #1 or 2 competing with the Premier League for the top spot. Bundesliga the #3. Serie A has dropped since the 1980s when it was #1, probably no #4 now.

I haven't seen the xgoals, I would guess it's something like 1.5xg for Eng and 1.3xg for Denmark. I am going to check now and report back.
