Look at the Wyoming and North Dakota markets and they have games featuring the Bills and Colts almost weekly because ofJosh Allen and Carson Wentz so part of that goes into it.

Where was the side judge farther along the sideline? The guy who made the call was behind the action and blocked off by the receiver's body.

Not sure. But somebody mentioned the "video assistant" thing which I forgot about. It makes sense if that correction was called down from above.
