Sure, that's why insurance companies are profitable. But I'm saying that I don't understand how spending X dollars for all these spots generates more revenue than they cost to produce and put on the air.
Someone should explain to PFR why that stat is kind of silly. If you don't make the playoffs, you can't...ah, forget it.

You have to make the playoffs to throw INTs. And, further, you have to win playoff games to have the chance to throw INTs. Dallas does neither and they haven't in almost 30 years.
An insurance brand has to be top of mind in the rare instances when someone signs up for insurance. They need to carpet bomb the populace with ads so they’re in that consideration set.

Yep. Dallas outplayed them that half in almost every faucet except those glaring issues…but they are big issues. Dak might be fine the rest of the game but Maher is toast.
Thanks, that makes sense. I'm sure there are people smarter than me running marketing for State Farm and they aren't wasting money. It's just not intuitive to me. When I need insurance I compare prices and policies and the commercials have zero impact.
Flo makes $1m per year. That seems insane to me.
