You might be underselling this Jets defense. They are goooooooooddd.
I think they are doing it right. Given how most defensive penalties are an automatic first down, I think you take fourth down when you get it. One hands to the face can make taking the penalty a bad decision.
So that was 2019/5 years ago; they gave up on him, brought in Wilson, gave up on him, brought in Rodgers, who might have blown out his achilles.

The Bills not finding someone who could do what Beasley did for them 2 to 3 years ago continues to hurt them.
Looked almost like Cook slowed up and made himself an easy target. He did that the last drive too. He is going to get hurt if he doesn’t protect himself better. Needs to get low and try to keep moving forward.
Yeah it almost felt like Cook was seeking out contact there.
Wilson loves him them deep drops. On both ends of the throw too.
Jets need a field goal. Make it close enough that Allen thinks they need to keep scoring and then get a pick 6. That feels like the Jets’ only path here — win with defense before Bills get conservative.
