And scored again on another drive and hurt his ankle. Didnt land on anyone, he just went down right away.

He has also moved up 22 spots (38 to 16) in the priority list for the Korn Ferry tour graduates. The reshuffle occurs after the RSM on Nov 24. That should help him get into more events he wants to play.

Felger and Mazz - Creating False Naratives one day at a time

Mazz on Boston sports tonight aftee game 4 vs his time on the radio is night and day. On TV he had a good discussion with reasonable takes on the red Sox strengths and weaknesses. He even described previous year's teams as B or B- while this year's team as an A-. He and merloni talked at...

Travis Shaw - what must he do to play three games in a row?

He did just go through a short 1-17 stretch from Aug 7 through his first AB on Aug 14.  A lot of players got hot facing Seattle with back to back 20 hit games.  Although in the 26 hit game he went 0 for 6 which is pretty incredible.

Do you need 'new' or just new as in fresh out of the box? I got a nice pair at zwickers in Bedford a couple years ago. The model was 2-3 years old, but it replaced a 20+ year old pair so it was a huge upgrade and set me back only $150. If you can handle a slightly older model you might get...

    Fenway Park changes: 2015

The line across from the Cask was very slow moving.  The process to have people empty their pockets to put phones, etc in the bins before moving through the metal detectors was very slow.  Security Theatre at its finest.  It looks like they are trying to mimic airport security processes.   The...

Felger and Mazz - Creating False Naratives one day at a time

I've been down on F&M for a while, but I thought the piece they put together of callers mispronouncing names of players and hosts at 5:40pm was pretty funny.  There were a lot of classics in there.  Some of the other segments when they replayed rants and arguments with callers were not quite as...

Justin Tucker Rule in place: Goalposts will be 5 ft higher

Why do they need to be installed at practice fields?  Is the NFL keeping stats of practice kicks or something?  This almost sounds like something a Ravens official added to the story to make it sound more expensive.

Miami Heat: Pat Riley's Grease Fire

Is there any chance LBJ is setting himself up to look even better by waiting until the last minute to take less than the max.  He could do this with either MIA or CLE as a way to show he's "only about winning".  ESPN would eat this up and lead the PR campaign singing the praises of King James. ...

Pedro speaks: on RDLR, Clay, 1999 ASG, and other things

Pedro rebounded in the next start vs TB with a shutout, striking out 13, giving up 1 hit.  Gerald Williams HBP to lead off the game then didn't give up his first hit until John Flaherty's single to begin the 9th.  The shutout only brought his ERA down to 1.68.  Scary good.
